I collected all of Wan's pics over the past months wearing his bright colorful outfit.

I always loved BRIGHT COLORS for my little boy.

It just makes him stand out!

Another is his collection of multicolored kicks.

Yes, I am a shoeaholic Mum.

And my little boy takes it from me.

Hehe

Wan's a Book Worm at heart as well.

These are his personal faves.

We are just gaga over Eric Carle.

We love his books so much especially the bright colorful pictures!

The Weepies on a THURSDAY.

I found this song and these guys while I was browsing through YouTube

looking for something new to listen to.

I found them.

The Weepies.

Their songs were featured in popular TV shows like

Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill, Scrubs, Gossip Girl, Kyle XY and How I Met Your Mother.

I listened to all the songs that they have on YouTube

and I am just amazed and amused at the same time.

This song is one of my favorite.

And I dedicate this to the little boy who is

I wasn't feeling all that NICE today.

There was something that had really upset me when I woke up.

Its just disappointing that people tend to misjudge you.

And worse, if the person who misjudged you was

somebody who you thought knew you better.

The weather's firing up and so is my temper.

Mommy Moments Thursday -- The Birthday Gallery

Here's my Mommy Moment entry for today...

This is Wan's Birthday Gallery.

He was born on the 14th day of January 2009.

This is the most significant day of his life that I don't want to miss.

And every year, I am thankful for the wonderful blessings

that God has been giving this little Wantonball...

He clearly appreciated his 2nd birthday.
He clapped and danced when everyone sang to him.

And yes, he huffed and puffed and blew out his candle.

I am very much thankful that he's growing

smart and healthy as each day goes.

Its actually his day today...

he's already 2 years and 3 months.

And that makes me one proud Mummy

just like all of you Yummy Mums out there!

Wednesday's catch.

Another addition to my darling's Eric Carle collection.

I was thrilled finding some Eric Carle books in Book Sale!

I was excited to go home because I know he will like it.

And yes, he actually did.

I personally liked Mama, Do You Love Me? by Barbara Josse.

Its really nice.

It talks about how a mother would love her child

and talks about patience as well.

It was a good Wednesday.

I hope you had a good one as well.

Ice Scramble criticism.

I got these babies today after I went to the bank. I need some change for the jeepney fare so I brought these right across the street. The kiosk was The Ice Scramble Factory. Its actually the 4rth brand of Ice Scramble that I get to criticize in terms of taste and color. I know Ice Scrambles are not a big deal, but it is for me. I was addicted to Ice Scramble when I was a kid. I spend half of my lunch money to get some after school or during lunch breaks. And I devoured it like its the yummiest thing ever invented.

Pink shaved ice on a plastic cup with condensed milk and sago on top, the chocolate syrup was just optional. YUMMY. This was the Ice Scramble that I am literally familiar with - the dirty ones, they call. I remember clearly how it tasted like and thus, I compared it to the ones I tasted now. It was around January this year that the Ice Scramble industry began shooting out like mushrooms in kiosks around the malls in Iloilo City. They had a variety of toppings to choice from just like Yogu -- rice crispies, chocolate kisses, candy sprinkle, choco sprinkle, white milky kisses and yes, marshmallows. Plus, the syrup like that of blueberry, strawberry and chocolate. The condensed milk part was changed to powdered milk. I was amazed. The Ice Scramble Factory lacked the taste, so it did not pass. And out of the three different Ice Scramble brands, only one had the AUTHENTIC catch - MEGA ICE SCRAMBLE! She still tops my list. =)

The look on Monday's face.

I am starting Monday right with a bowl of good vibes

in the form of Arroz Caldo.

But I am not sure about the kind of face our Arroz Caldo has...

Is it smirking?

Is it pissed?

Its definitely not smiling.

Or it's just having that "chill" look on its face?

I dunno I couldn't figure the look.
